Carlovyraky， located 10 km west of Prague by the Ohre， is a small beautiful mountain city built in 1349， and now is a famous resort. This small city is full of green trees and sweet smelling flowers， which you cannot find in big cities. The rolling paths are covered green. Few people walk in a hurry and even cats walk slowly. The business center of the small is where several roads come together. Here buildings are clearly laid out with different types of windows： some are arched or rectangular； some are like palace and castle windows：some even copy the style of a church. All look so-emn and mysterious. On top of the buildings are many carvings， including the statue of liberty， animals， and many beautiful patterns. 　　在捷克首都布拉格以西10公里处，有一座不大的城市，这就是美丽的山城——卡罗维发利，她依偎在奥赫热河畔，建于公元1394年，是著名的矿泉疗养地。来到小城仿佛置身于郊外的原野上，这里只有满目的绿色，芳草鲜花，空气中绝无大都市里已习惯的那种汽车的废气味，散发的是一种难以捉摸却足以令人陶醉的幽香。小城的道路是稍有坡度的小路，掩映在绿色丛林中，似乎通向仙境。人们很少急匆匆地赶路，连猫咪也享受着这份安闲。几条小路的汇集处是小城的商业区，这里建筑层次分明，显示出小城依山傍水的特色，屋宇的窗棂形状各异，有圆拱型、长方型、有宫殿式、城堡式、有的仿效教堂的样子，透着庄严和神秘，建筑顶端有许多雕刻，有自由女神像，有动物，更多的是一些精美的图饰。这些雕刻和阳台上的鲜花为小城添色不少。
