I have tried many meal replacements and this is the first one that really works extremely well for me. I drink one serving at 7am for breakfast and it curbs my appetite so well that I really have to make sure that I eat lunch by noon. I take the other serving at 6pm and it completely erases my normal evening hunger. That's a huge plus. It makes me feel full without that usual uncomfortable feeling. Also, I'm really particular about taste. The vanilla flavor is great by itself; however, sometimes I swirl in a quarter cup of frozen mixed berries. The 5-6 small meal a day plan doesn't work for everyone. It's boring, a lot of preparation, and always makes me feel too full. The Lean Shake plan is so easy and effective, and it's like treating myself to two yummy milkshakes a day.

These shakes mix well and taste even better. I drink one in the morning and sometimes another in the afternoon. I have been drinking them for 6 weeks and have dropped 10 pounds which was my goal. It helps me to maintain lean muscle mass also. I have more energy in the morning and I feel better than ever. Have recomended this product to some friends already...Go buy it!!

This is a great product. I love the Vanilla and Cookies and Cream flavors. They taste great. I have been using them for about two weeks now and have lost five pounds. They really curb my appetite. Would recommend.
