Very good resource editor for VB apps! It supports ANSI/Unicode string
editing, bitmap *replacing* and extraction.
Hmmm... This is maybe my last crack for GetVBRes, because I really
don\'t need it that much. I started cracking it, when I needed some tool
to manipulate VB bitmaps. To be completely honest -- I even wanted to
register it since it\'s very cheap, but unfortunately it\'s chinese-only,
including registration service.
Xin, I suggest you to translate it to english and get some english
speaking registration service for foreign customers. It is very good app
for editing VB apps and it has some potential with right marketing. Do
this instead of wasting your time by \"improving\" protection. Not all
people use cracked software, so don\'t worry that much about it.
I am glad to see bug that caused updating exe to freeze at 99% (when
in bitmap mode) is gone now. If it still happens, you can avoid it by
switching back to string editing mode before updating exe. For
example: replace bitmap, switch to string edit and Update exe.
BTW... I fixed DecimalSeparator variable bug which prevented app to
run properly with some regional settings ie. \" 0.8x is not a valid floating
point value\" error at startup. This prevented app to initialize properly and
run in registered mode. But keep in mind, this is Delphi 4-5 bug, not
crack-related!
